Purchases and refunds

Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests for the 7-Day Pro Pass and Lifetime Pro are handled through Paddle.

Last updated August 12, 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to one-time Inkzi Pro purchases made through Paddle, including the 7-Day Pro Pass and Lifetime Pro. Inkzi is independently operated by Oleksandr Hubin, and Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for paid transactions.

2. Refund eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the Paddle Refund Policy, the purchase terms shown at checkout, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  • Refund requests are reviewed according to the reason, timing, product access, and applicable law.
  • A technical problem that materially prevents access to purchased features may qualify for a refund if it cannot be resolved.
  • Evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour may make a request ineligible, subject to applicable law.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send complete payment-card details.

You may also request a refund using the support link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle's buyer support service. Paddle may ask for transaction information to verify the purchase.

4. Approved refunds

Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. When a full refund is approved, the related 7-Day Pass or Lifetime Pro entitlement will be removed from the Inkzi account.

5. Contact and related terms

Questions about product access or technical issues should be sent to [email protected]. Please also review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
